The hotel rooms are fashionable and perfectly clean with showers, balcony, good airco. The location is central. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Udon Bar Moriiya with nice drinks. The property provides an excellent service. They have rooftop bar, easy to access parking and incredible pool: D
Their breakfast is usual, can be better.

Spotlessly clean and stylish room in their bathroom which is about 1 meter from our bed and with a lot of space. Location right by the national museum, and the restaurants and bars.

I stayed here to explore the nearby Independence Monument and Royal Palace. The design with outdoor corridors and lush plants really creates a beautiful atmosphere. The 'jungle pool' was particularly good, and my room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day out. I found the common area Wi-Fi needed improvement since I had to request separate passwords for each space.

The location was great in a nice enough area, short walk to the centre of the city, many shops & restaurants, and the Independence monument. Chamkar Mon district was worth exploring.

Everything was good, had a such great stay on my holiday. Overall it was spotless and huge with excellent shower. WiFi and a balcony in the room were useful...
Some people working there were untrained.

The egg station at breakfast was fantastic, giving a lovely personal touch to the meal experience.
Despite the overall comfort, I found the patio of my room to be shared with many others.

The pool on level 2 was a bit chilly.

Forest pool, jacuzzi steam room, rooftop views
The jacuzzi was dirty at check-in, and the only option offered was to clean it after I complained!!! Hot water in the bathtub was yellow, indicating a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. A discount would seem appropriate for such issues!!!

would want to stay there again
I loved the spacious Standard King Room. It had a nice balcony, perfect for coffee from the coffee machine. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had both a shower and bath. The two outdoor pools felt tropical, while the spa offered amazing massages. Breakfast choices were great with a fantastic coffee machine.

Family with children will love it
The staff is unbelievably kind. My kids enjoyed the spacious room and the pool area, loved hanging by the Lantern Bar with live music on Fridays.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The Forest pool was an exotic escape with a unique drink service button at the sun loungers,, and the breakfast was a good blend of Western and Khmer specialties, with an egg station.
The rooftop bar's music was distracting at night. I had to shift rooms due to noise and odors from the bathroom drain, which diminished the experience.
